Role Description Leader

The team of Leaders within the staff consists of: founders, co-founders and sustain-founders. Each member of this team has the task of managing a substantial part of this large project, they remain focused on the founding values of the staff and are committed to respecting and enforcing them, they enjoy the approval and respect of the entire staff and community. They are committed every day to others and their work and there is no way to apply for this role as this team is elected directly by the Founder with scrupulous care and after several discussions within the community and the staff to choose the most suitable people with admirable morals and ethics, immaculate values and a deep connection to the project and all the identities within it.

The objectives of the Leaders are:

• Valuing the staff's well-founded values
• Constantly working to improve oneself and one's work
• Building a safe, inclusive and comfortable environment for all
• Listening and making one's co-workers listen
• Launching innovative, fun, safe and accessible projects/events for all

The tasks of the Leaders are:

• Managing the community and staff
• Managing all collaborations
• Managing all enabled services
• Working for constant improvement together with other leaders
• Support the project to the best of one's ability
