The staff aims to make the community a safe, fun and accessible place for everyone. To achieve this goal, the staff work every day to improve themselves, their work and their relationship with others.

Through the projects and events we develop and offer you, we try to unite the community more and more every day. We want every member of the community to feel at home and free to express themselves as they see fit in a safe and welcoming environment.

The staff's core values are respect, commitment, inclusiveness, safety, fun, cooperation and innovation.

Each staff member works with these values in mind and applies them to his or her work and relationship with others.

Within the staff there is an atmosphere of confrontation, mutual respect and determination. Every member of staff is ready to help others and to work towards the same goal together.

We are first and foremost friends, we are a family, and then members of a staff created to support each other.

Each staff member is guaranteed corporate services to do their job such as: Office 365 Business, Canva, Figma, Miro, a corporate email, 1TB of cloud space and comprehensive courses of all kinds.

Each staff member has access to their own workspace, shared workspace, priority and full support, priority management for events and projects, early access to all content and other role-specific functions.






Questions about one's role

To apply, the steps are few and achievable in a short time. In summary, you have to fill in an online form, attend a call and wait for the outcome of your application by e-mail.

You can change your role at any time, even during your probationary period. Simply fill in the following form with your details and send it in, within a few hours you will be contacted for a meeting where your new role and its functions will be explained to you and you will receive a 3-day trial period (in case you are not already within a trial period).

Please note: if you are already within a probationary period, your new probationary period will be calculated by making the difference between the days required in your old role and those in your new role. Don't worry, everything will be communicated to you in the reply email and in the meeting you will have.

To resign from your role, simply fill in the following form with your details and send it in. After a few hours you will receive a reply by e-mail from your manager confirming that your request has been acknowledged, explaining the date and time for which all services to which you have access will be revoked, and the date from which you will be able to reapply.

Please note: resigning from your role is an irreversible action, if you are going through a bit of a turbulent time, don't mind telling your manager, everyone needs a break from time to time. We're there for you if you need us <3

To update your data all you have to do is fill in the following form. Within a few hours we would process your request and send you confirmation of the data update by e-mail.






Questions about management

In order to do our work, help others and expand our staff, we need to collect certain personal data. We only need this data to enable us to do our work. At any time you can request the data we have collected, change it or delete it by sending an email to [email protected]

All data collected is stored in an encrypted and certified cloud, accessible only to authorised and competent persons who can help you. Your data is in no way sold, modified or published.

There are very strict privacy and security protocols within the staff, so it is mandatory: to use a complex password, a two-step security programme to authorise each access, and to register for services with one's company email.

All files are contained in a single encrypted and certified cloud with access only to authorised members, with no possibility of sharing, extracting or downloading files or parts of files. Strict security protocols are also applied within each service available to the staffer.

Each report will first be filed in a safe place and then the content of the report will be sent to the most appropriate manager (excluding the sender's data) who will have the duty to intervene where it is needed in a mature, responsible and respectful manner.

All reports are handled confidentially and discreetly. We consider a report to be a message from a user aimed at improving a person and/or their work.

Partnerships between two organisations are created to help each other achieve their goals. The staff in a partnership is called upon to help the other party in case of need and to improve the relationship between the two parties.






Questions on Insiders

Insiders are a group of online users who participate in staff beta tests to preview features, bots, projects and events. They give their opinion on all staff content before it is released, helping to improve the work of the staff and helping the community.

Insiders have access to a category on the Discord server to be able to receive all content in advance, compare with each other and give their feedback. This category is constantly updated and also contains all the technical information, objectives and materials needed to do their job as Insiders.

Insiders see the future of the community and the work of the staff in advance, can contribute to the entire community easily and free of charge, and have the opportunity to work closely with staff members. You become an Insider for these reasons.
