Candidates for the role of administrator, should the procedure be successful, will enter into a 30-day probationary period, after which, should there be no objection, they will automatically receive the role with full access to the tasks, functions and means made available to them.
The role of an administrator is a responsibility that must be taken seriously towards the server and the community within it. An administrator must place his or her attention on advancing and safeguarding the server, developing ideas and projects geared towards the improvement of the individual server environments, their inclusion and collaboration.
• Increasing collaboration between different staff members;
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and comfortable climate for all;
• Improving Procedures and Regulation;
• Perform each assigned task to the best of your ability;
• Developing inclusive projects;
• Design, develop and document inclusive and innovative projects;
• Constantly improve the procedures, guidelines and tools made available to the different staff members in order to optimise, speed up and make interventions effective in all areas;
• Carrying out assigned tasks in the shortest possible time in an efficient, documented and optimised manner;
• Control and make the different staff members work together;
• Participate in staff meetings and votes.
