Candidates for the role of event collaborator, should the procedure be successful, will enter into a 21-day probationary period, after which, should there be no objection, they will automatically receive the role having full access to the tasks, functions and means made available to them.
The role of Event Collaborator is a responsibility that must be taken seriously towards the server and the community within it, Event Collaborators are at the forefront of creating an inclusive, safe and comfortable climate for all by designing, developing and launching projects and events aimed at the latter end.
