Candidates for the role of moderator, should the procedure be successful, will enter into a 14-day probationary period, after which, should there be no objection, they will automatically receive the role with full access to the tasks, functions and means made available to them.
The role of a moderator is a responsibility that must be taken seriously towards the server and the community within it, Moderators are at the forefront of upholding the guidelines and creating a comfortable and safe climate for all, they are expected to set an example and help members in need by showing up at events and projects to ensure an inclusive and safe climate for all participants.
